This is very good!!

Stonepeak have been on board with Magnolia for years and clearly have enough confidence in the project to make such a commitment.
It is true that they have already put money in to LNG in the past but I still think that they would not be taking this step unless their own due diligence had given them confidence that Magnolia is actually going to happen (the legal fees alone would not have been cheap).
