Read and re read the announcement. The words are well chosen and the sentences well structured. But what it really says is that we are still doing our sums. That is the issue here. They mention up to 8 mtpa but it reads like they are thinking that and may be at best only going with say half that in a bet hedging way. Just my take on it...see what others think. The story unfolds as the conditions allow...flexibility is the key here. Can they get off the ground with even a 4 mtpa? That would be still a genius result...maybe not the gold ring but very ballsy and solid given present and medium term stuff confounding everything. Would that half way measure get funded and would the initial set up cost justify it given the second 4 mtpa is way less to get up and running?
