Only thing I can think of this that it’s not clear exactly who MidMetal is. There’s basically nothing about them in the announcements so far and a Google search reveals the same, literally nothing..all the search results seem just to be to MGU and the MOU. So the market must look at this and think nothing of a tiny company entering a JV with an even tinier/seemingly non existent company half way across the globe.
I think MGU would do well to provide a lot more detail about them, who runs it, how long they been established etc. It seems clear it’s an entity setup solely to pursue this project..if so, say that but say why they are an entity worth being in business with!
