i totally agree! I've been jumping up and down about this for weeks now... and I'll be voting against it at the EGM. What's lacking is a rival bid from Lend Lease or similar... 60c would be "fair" for shareholders... but being forced to sell out at 30c with no script option is a slap in the face of the faithful... shame on the directors/board/CEO
