"shame on the directors/board/CEO" this should read shame on the previous directors/board/CEO.
I am one of the faithful and I feel the pain with this offer but as I have said previously something is better than nothing.
DCG as it stands now is most likely never going to crawl out of the hole that has been dug by the previous directors and their mistakes. The only way to make it going forward, is radical change and MAH have put forward an offer that will allow that.
I too hope someone comes out of the woodwork and makes a better offer but I do doubt that someone will be of the ilk of LLC.
