MacMahon are getting the deal of the century... Homeground is worth $70m+ leaving enterprise value of just over $50m for $1B in projects and a fully licensed operator with government contracts in the $50-200m range ongoing... DCG shareholders are getting royally screwed, forced out for half of what the shares are really worth. The absence of a rival bidder as we are too small for Hochtief/Lleighton etc. Of course the board are unanimous, they keep their jobs as do all staff... but is it really in shareholders best interests?
