STO does not have COi by anything. They are a minority holder in ONE field . they move like slugs and will miss any opportunity- look at their track record - there offshore
output is under full production and has been for years- they just had two new opportunities scuppered. If they did want COI I can only hope that it isn't a script offer as management their seem to be in struggle town.
