If it is as hot as you seem to think then do you know why the company has not published any preliminary economics? Cost estimates? NPVs? It's not like they have not had time to do it.
Dollar value of gas sales is meaningless without all the associated development costs / tolls along the way to the sales point. There's very little visibility on the costs side shared by Comet so unless you are active in the industry, it would be hard for the average investor here to get a feeling of how profitable (or not) this project could be.
