I can tell you with complete confidence that an offer of 20 cents will be laughed at. The heads of Comet own millions of shares and after discussion many years ago the selling price was with a $ sign in front.
You can all say what you want, however those with the most number of shares will be rejecting any offer until it aligns with the initial corporate goal.
The buyer does not determine the price, the seller does. You have a product, you know it's worth so why would you give it away - especially when you don't have to!
