Actually they've already drilled multiple at 4,000m this year. I don't question the ability of Santos to deliver the project, nor their ability to get a very good deal for themselves here.
Regarding that broker model, a large portion of costs are missing / understated so like most things that come from brokers who are incentivised with managing the raising of funds for a company, should be treated with lot of caution. Unfortunately none here could clearly or quickly answer which shows the depth of knowledge.
