There are three key metrics that impact valuation 1. Price of gas . Each dollar has a big impact on valuation 2. The cost of development - the longer wells significantly improve the economics so I would say costs are right and may infact have some upside for x level of production 3 the dilution aspect if Comet actually get to development will be reduced by the prepayments
