STO has lost some key personnel recently and that may have delayed some of their decision making. But STO may also be trying to fatigue COI out of the asset.
COI has the financial capacity to fund the FID process, and sufficient stakeholder support to take the asset right through to production.
Santos needs more gas (unequivocal) . The only stakeholder dragging the chain is STO. Other stakeholders are pushing for urgent progress.
But 7, I suppose you know all this since you are in the industry.
As I said I am happy to wait. You keep trying to talk the price down to try to get in lower.
