COI will not be able to sell gas to the East Coast as the pipeline in winter is full currently and without building additional storage, the pipeline wont be able to continue at full volume in summer .... so, the East Coast gas shortage has no effect one way or another - the only thing that matters is if STO wants COI gas. Apparently, STO hasn't given up on the Liverpool plains which could feed into the NSW pipelines - so, the only outlet for Mahalo is GLNG ??
The easiest thing for Victoria is LNG as Twiggy has created for Port Kembla, NOT Mahalo gas IMHO.
