I'm not sure I would read the situation that way. Gusher or no gusher I think drilling parties are always concerned about passing on drilling costs to the minority parties. Texcal is part of the Sabson Group and is Yemeni based, so Im guessing they are not big on charity.
It looks like they are trying to push them out on a technicality that Texcal probably created themselves. These guys have bumped heads before but my guess is with OG Oil & Gas as a major shareholder we wont get pushed around too much.
I'm not sure I would read the situation that way. Gusher or no...
