    re: Ann: Maiden 200 Million Tonnes Resource f... When Don say's they are looking for partners to build, operate and finance packages does this mean that SDL will not own the rail line that they could of had a pay for use fee for other current and future miners in the area.
    Just don't quite understand what that comment means. Can anyone clarify this for me.
