Westcott is the man, but it looks excellent to me.

They were planning to announce 200mt in July, but they got there ahead of schedule - plenty more to come I suspect.

I love the talk of build-operate-finance packages - let SDL focus on the iron ore, and pay someone else to provide the infrastructure. With at least 2/3rds of the capital cost in Port & rail, SDL's debt/equity requirements will be *much* lower.
