The SOI and SP together indicate a CR is imminent. Usually you do a CR on the back of good Anns.
The reason you need it is because penny stocks do not attract serious capital and you need capital to do further exploration and then build a mine.
From what I can see the damage was done earlier on, and that's what happens with consolidations, it's the effect of too much dilution caused by survival CRs. One on on the back of good news gives the chance to turn the page on the past.

I would guess that TR is helping AR with focus and AR has a finance background.
