The main benefit I see from a consolidation is making it more liquid because going for say from 1c to 1.1c is 10% but if the share price is $1 it can move up by .5c or .5% so the spread is smaller. Probably would help traders but generally increased volume is good.
Also people don't like buying shares worth a cent or two but like companies trading in dollars. Psychologically it might help? Not sure.
Also is the quarterly coming out next week??CRs might be needed in the future but we re cashed up for the next step and hopefully the ramp up of production will hopefully reduce dilution in the future!
Gold juniors are horrifically undervalued atm in my opinion so should be a good time in the sector especially when the shift starts as more gold miners produce their profit upgrades.
Current AUD gold price is $3590 with a high over $3760!
