    Heavy dilution if a JV was struck before discovery. We need an update and Assays to surface due if its good then price will move accordingly and JV will be less diluting.
    I am sure our board is accessing all avenues moving forward, keeping a tight and small register until discovery would be one of them. Adam will not want to dilute his holdings unless totally needed.
