This is the very reason that we need a big hairy chested partner to carry on with the costs.

People get greedy and think that we can keep it all, but, often when this attitude is taken then the shareholders end up with nothing.

Remember the old stockmarket saying, " Always leave something for the next guy"

He lost his family, health and enjoyment of life because he was greedy.

We could take the money from a partnership to explore one or more of our other great tenements while the big boys spend money on this one.
