I am sure there would be very practical reasons why RB is still there after his demotion.

These things take time for a whole heap of reasons.

Jonathan is relatively new to the board, and does more than his bit, while Adam is so new he still has that new car smell.

Both newer board members have more than their fair share of skin in the game.

World events have thrown a spanner right into the centre of the gearbox over the last few years, and there is little we can do about it other than dig out our old chemistry sets from school, and do our own assays.
But we may have trouble getting the results past the ASX. lol
