I doubt it is manipulation. When a stock is falling a few things happen.... some holders do not remain passive (I am in that category, it is still possible to be actively trading to mitigate what the market is doing).... some speculators will have bought the lows and this is their exit.... some holders who have lost confidence bail on spikes.

The presentation tomorrow will mostly be watched by holders (and perhaps an analyst or 2) for a bit of confirmation they are doing the right thing to keep holding.

Personally, I am expecting the sentiment will improve early next year. The high grade JV ore will start being processed and more ounces will be produced at a lower AISC. For the next 3 months, unless there is something from left field, the news flow will be slow and the market perception will likely still be negative. From my perspective it will be a time to accumulate.
