If financial year had something to do with delay in announcing results, they could have announced them as of yesterday as settlement date for any (at least on market) share transaction would be in the next financial year. So, if there is further delay and we do not get the results by end next week, I suspect there is something else going on and that it may indicate they may be holding onto the results. However I do not claim I have an evidence of that.
