This is to do with changes which will allow physical gold to price discover.
Given that the current system is designed to control the GP via the paper gold system, it is reasonable to expect that physical will appreciate through unfettered price discovery.
In any event, BDR is a producer with strengthening cash flow, so your bank finance comment is of much less importance.
