Again sorry (final time today .. promise) but some interesting info just into my inbox.

The Fraser Institute surveys mining companies each year. One of the outputs is the attractiveness of various geographies for mining companies.

I have provided their 2014 rankings below. I have marked Brazil (green arrow) and their South American (and some Central) neighbours (red arrows). I've also marked the Dominican Republic as there are people here that I know will be interested as it relates to another company. Also, Argentina is split into various provinces so doesn't appear as one country but several provinces (the names of which may not be familiar).
