Once you pay a maiden dividend, you need to maintain/increase the divvy in future years
There's no stop starting when it comes to paying dividends. The market will expect one every year from now on. If you stop your dividend policy then your share price is open to a savaging
Happy with the decision if they can sustain it. There's no reason to suggest otherwise at the moment
