Announcement came out after close, says they were issued on this date today 14/9/23, I’m guessing the registry didn’t send out all the shares or complete some of the issue till later in the day 5:32pm , not sure if that helps, but trying to understand it also. The laggards might come out tomorrow ? Shall see. watching closely.
