Correction Furiousgeorge. There has been a lot of water ( and I mean a very big "lot") flow under the bridge since the Victory Mines period that you refer to. The vermin that ran Victory Mines got caught and tossed on the rubbish tip. A new Board which was more ordinary shareholder friendly was put in place and struggled to get the old Victory off the ground. A name change saw Javelin arise with a bit of a wobbly flight. More recently Brett Mitchel has become involved and appears to be steering things in a more positive direction that offers hope of a better future.
To achieve that future promise still needs some investigative work. You have to crawl before you can walk or run. Maybe JAV might turn into a bit of a child prodigy with its progress now.
