I've got a theory here. The JV partner is doing the exploration but we are footing the bill. Pat Volpe wouldn't be happy to see us do a raise at 0.004 so perhaps he's had words with SI6.
The exploration bill for the next few weeks could be delayed, so SI6 don't run out of $$. At the same time it might give them enough time to bring out a positive announcement along the lines of the geology discovered. Could be similar to MEI well that's the hope anyway. This should at least attract a few buyers and maybe have us trading a few pips higher.
I'd like to think the above plan is what they are doing, must be well below 500k left now, hold out for the CR a bit longer SI6.
