Very well said, apparently its the best time ever to invest in property lol... Every mainstream media service is spreading this crap. Seriously, I couldn't think of a worse time to buy, but all the sheep are falling for it. Crazy times. They all expect interest rates to drop because the governments and their mainstream media buddies are spreading this crap. Have they not seen the CPI data lately?! All my friends that recently bought a place have literally no spare cash to do anything right now. They are going to get found out in a big way soon, I will be sad for them...million-dollar loans, having to sell their house at a 20% plus loss when the firesales start. It will not be pretty. Bring back the good times with less immigration, when people didn't live paycheck to paycheck, or work overtime, or 2 jobs, when cost of living wasn't so bad, people budgeted well and had spare coin and time to enjoy life. People could actually do exciting things. What a world right now.
