There is alot on here about the military range being a major issue, however from what I can see from in the prospectus this hasn't been used since the 60's. Don't get me wrong Defence ownership rather than freehold adds a level of risk, however I also think the fedeal government would be more amenable to a tax paying industrial use than some other land holders who would need to be bought out or otherwise dealt with. Especially if it is not actively being used anyway. Happy for anyone to point out what I am missing.

Otherwise, I am in total agreement $20m mc is worth the punt. I will also keep some powder dry for if/when traders who have entered get bored and the price drops for no reason.
