Galan is not producing lithium carbonate / LCE for phase 1 or 2, they are producing lithium chloride. This is a far easier undertaking, with much less complexity. Could Galan experience issues ramping up - almost certainly, but most of the issues with brine production are in getting to a battery grade LCE.
When we start phase 3 and 4 and embark on producing carbonate, then the Olaroz comparison will make more sense to me.
