I honestly could not realize that the folowing clause 13 was there in 'Sale and Joint Venture Agreement" between ENT and AON then.
It is to be one of my greatest finding in my whole life.
This means that we, the company Enterprise Metals holds full sovereignty to control and mastering our own destiny if needed with free will and discretion in full.
