Are you suggesting ENT can withdraw from the JV agreement and simply take the tenements with them if CR1 finds something decent? I think you may be seeing what you want to see. I’d need to see the entire JV agreement to better understand the contractual framework, but that is not what clause 13 says. ENT can withdraw from the JV but CR1 will likely retain title / ownership over the tenements as the majority JV partner with the Sale and JV Agreement providing for some compensation mechanism perhaps.
Robbo, do you have a full copy of the agreement you can share? Or was that extract all that was included in the Prospectus?
