A clear statement need to be issued sometime by management if money is going to spent or not, if it’s not then the next CR will be another 2 extra quarters away which is good, if not it’s sooner, it’s an unknown, we allkmow the market doesn’t like unknowns, and extra 6 months means for the garnet to be advanced which will increase the SP which will mean the CR will be at a higher amount which means less dilution, this changes people looking to invest now as they know what the runway will be.

To be honest I’d be more interested in investing if they came out and said we are going to invest nothing to Mozambique unless the license is granted, if we lose it, we lose it, but the garnet is out focus and priority
