Assuming KKO goes to 100% of the project soon as expected:
6tcf contingent resource is worth plenty I guess it depends how much can be proven up into reserves.
So far it's 6bcf or 0.006tcf so if my maths is right only 0.1% of the contingent resources proven into reserves so far albeit from a small area only.
So inground reserves value for this small area about 6m x nat gas price per mcf/mmbtu I think
