The game of merge the company and restructure it is fun on HC but those of us who have been through corporate mergers know they consume otherwise productive effort and can take a long time to work on the ground, if ever, management speak notwithstanding. PTN have quite rightly kept quiet about how all that is going, apart from noting office address and appointments. My hope was the two companies were a good fit because there was already overlap at board level, and therefore at least the possibility of informed expectations a merger would work at an organisational level. So a quiet period was to be expected while they got themselves sorted out I guess ... announcements this week look like the merged company is working. My bingo card has CEO becomes MD on it as a sign things are progressing in the organisation.

I am a bit surprised that they haven't used their funding to move a bit faster around Leonora at least ... I thought they had drill programs at Cardinia or for that matter the other Leonora Tenements which they could have progressed. When Leah Moore arrived they had drilling funding ready to go but they spent her drilling budget buying DCN shares ... good move, but presumably the drilling program is still there ... they could afford to have multiple rigs going at once ... wait and see I guess.
