That doesn't look too bad against current market cap of $25m or EV $21m.
Of course chances are that maybe 60-80% of the gold can be extracted, IMO, so that becomes $17-22m.
And this will take a few years, so NAV is less than this.
Í'd like to abit more action at the 100% owned projects that may be the real bonanzas.

Call it $20m here, plus the say $12m from Charito, Blake Snake etc plus probably $12m for nothing for TCMG not getting anything processed before the end of the JV period (min $44m) and it looks very good against a Market cap of $25m (without counting anything from the 100% owned fields) even if it does take a few years to achieve - the issue is that until we have a mill to process the ore so one believes it is ever coming out of the ground.
