But if you knew when the next news was coming, and you expected it to be good, there's a lot of (potentially illegal) profitable manipulation that can be done.
You just have to work out how to force that price down, with a few judicious little sells during the day. Check out the 1 day, 1 minute chart and you'll see these.
And, if you like, a little bit of undermining (downramping) on various social media, will help it along.
But you need to buy back before the good announcement, at a low price, and then you sell at the high.
Thats the trouble with small cap stocks, they're easy to manipulate.
But in the end quality will show up in the price.
