    It takes much longer to assay all the rare earths because all the constituent minerals have to be cracked open to release them.

    We had assays down to the monaztite stage quite quickly. And on to met work (to a monazite concentrate) much much faster than a normal project.
    I guess the big advantage they had in the exploration was the sand was 10 to 12 m thick everywhere they drilled, and the constituents were pretty well consistent.
    Phase 2 assays will include step out holes over a much wider area - results there will tell a tale I'm sure.
