Two days ago I put up this post showing rough calcs I had done for potential cash flow from Sandy Mitchel.

Thinking since then I reckon the calcs should have been on the basis of the saleable product of ~ 50% Monazite concentrate the Company states they will produce.

Still working on that, but with only 1.2% of the projects land area involved and drilling comprising largely of step out holes over a much larger area already done with positive results it hardly seems worthwhile atm.
Ii will post my thinking as more info of the extent of the potential mine becomes available, unless someone else is better able.
