Well, agree credit raise at 10c would create less shares then 4.5c, however companies don't do credit raise quarterly or half yearly basis unless they are desperate or they don't know how to forecast future cost. hope they had good intention to do credit raise at 4.5c and not just did it to issue cheap shares to sophisticated investors.. !
