Reichman, check out what happened to BCN when they released maiden JORC for the gold. On release of JORC it was dumped down, the JORC was what the company said it would be, but less than what all the dreamers hope it would be. Still over the ensuing months there has been accumulation and slow rerating.
You can't directly compare the two, but thats just an observation I've had. JORC (and other things) will ultimately bring the money in if its acceptable figures. Which I believe PEN has. As others have said, if mining permit is given and uranium market doesn't have any catastrophes, the SP of PEN won't be 4c this time next year.
