With many countries legislating to ban diesel and petrol cars within the next decade, and the core role of copper in electric vehicles, solar panels and wind turbines etc., it seems Orion Minerals is on-track to ride the wave of the renewable energy revolution. Whilst lithium may be superseded by another mineral at some point in the future, copper, I'm assuming, will be needed in EVs regardless of changes to battery or EV technologies. This de-risks copper as a long term investment in my humble opinion.
