I think what people might be missing is that previous management and board lacked substance - heavy on rhetoric but light on doing and delivering. The new MD has bust her ass to get to where we are now. She is the best thing that has happened to TTM. With the other jokers and posers we would have gone to the wall. But we still have Carr sucking off the soft underbelly - but that is the 'system'. We just carry him around on our backs like a dead weight. Of no consequence to man nor beast. How he was unanimously voted back in is beyond comprehension. We have to reap what we sow. We also have a fantastic geo on the ground working in that hellish terrain. It would be nice to see Carr out there at the end of an auger at temps at over 100 deg F standing on a 45 degree angle on the side of a hill.
