GRV can issue shares or cash in consideration to Centric. I'd guess Centric would accept shares as part of the payment to keep some skin involved in this project. I'd be very surprised with the drill intercepts open at depth and in all directions if this deposit doesn't get bigger over time as more drilling gets undertaken.
Needs to be driven though, with cash tight are GRV able to fund the development that is required?
The deposit is worth US$450m at todays prices and being shallow there may be buyout interest in it.
GRV might be able to move it on to a mid tier for say $30-$40m.
