Sorry further to my last; thought I would add some research.

    1. The Telink licencing agreement is a fee for the physical hardware sold. This would extend to any chipset sold by Telink with the ADRC technology.

    2. The Lenze agreement is for the practical use of the technology. As per the agreement: "LICENSING AGREEMENT GRANTS RIGHTS TO USE XPED TECHNOLOGIES INCLUDING XPED APP, ADRC PROXY, CUSTOM BUILT RML FILES AND WIDGETS AND THE XPED INFRASTRUCTURE PLATFORM" (sorry pasted direct and in caps)

So, I believe you are correct in thinking it's a bit of a double dip. You should note however, that there is no cost to Lenze for any unit in which the ADRC technology is not utilised. I see it as a good way to sell to a retailer (Lenze) - potentially, they have no extra cost for the new component in the chipsets/etc they buy with the new technology (I'm assuming from the information available), unless their clients want to use it (IMO).
