Not sure what happened to Mitsubishi, AMAL started engaging them in April/May. I assume AMAL have since started talks with other parties too. I'm hoping we get some news this month before 24th Oct (put and strike option expiry).
The Ta at Bald Hill has a low radioactivity factor which allows it to be imported and sold into Japan (so will command a premium price). Tantalite concentrate that was produced during the commissioning process (before the Ta plant was shutdown), was sold earlier this year for A$187,574 (1.2 tonnes, ~A$71/lb) to Germany (https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/am...361728/page-108?post_id=24662874#.WdCh7vQsXqB).
