I guess you are seeking companies where the BOD don’t get paid.
Did you know that without doing CR ( several throughout their journey) non producing companies cannot survive? VRC and LIN have had to do several CR in recent years. How lucky they are that their Chairman and directors have participated in order keep the companies afloat.
If you are not interested in investing in either that’s fine BUT move on and post your rubbish elsewhere.
