2ic you don't see any value in owning a big 30+year resource? The IRR may be on the low side but the NPV should be attractive. To improve the IRR they need to find some high value assemblage/ high grade at another target to feed in and that would improve the economics, which they are pursuing. Having KK as a huge base asset is an advantage in that scenario.
